Wade is 30 and his game is noticeably declining. We already know he was injury prone when he was younger and it'll only get worse. The Heat had alot of success early in the year with LeBron and Bosh. Plus he's the only valuable asset they have that can theoretically make the team better.

They're not gonna trade LeBron. He's 27 year old and still in his prime. Bosh is also younger than Wade, plus he seems like a good role player.
