If Lamar is considered "Lamar Drexler/McGrady" here, who are the NBA equivalents of J Allen & Burrow?

LAMAR IS ACTUALLY 80S JORDAN.
CLEARLY THE BEST PLAYER
IN THE LEAGUE BUT DOESNT
HAVE THE CHIPS YET.

MAHOMES IS MAGIC

BURROW AND ALLEN
CAN BE BIRD AND ZEKE
MINUS THE RINGS

Lamar is Steve Nash...
Assist was overvalued with Nash and Running is overvalued with Lamar...

Michael Jordan was fundamentally sound as a mid range shooter before he ever won a ring. Lamar fundamentals in passing has been in question. Lamar and Jordan are Not the same.

Well Allenā€™s lost to the Chiefs in the playoffs 4 times, Embiidā€™s lost to the Celtics 3 times

Burrow could be Luka I suppose

Man ain't nobody questioning Lamar's passing anymore šŸ¤£ and if you are, that says more about you, than Lamar...

For two consecutive regular seasons, he's been better than the consensus best player of his era. There's no doubt about his abilities, all the doubt is in, when he'll break thru and go all the way...

His Achilles heel is playing below his regular season self in the postseason. This was the best playoff run of his career, but it pales to Regular Season Lamar, who is one of the best players we've ever seen at his position...

When he finally breaks thru alot of yall gone be sick šŸ¤£...

I been a Ravens fan before Ravens existed. B-more Stallions fan/supporter to push for a NFL team...

I'll take the Lombardi. But Lamar not my guy thus far. Too many wasted opportunities on his hands...and damn sure not the passer needed to win it all thus far.

This is not the 90s or early 2000s. We learned the value of ball placement by way of Rodgers, Brady, Manning, Brees while being prolific with the arm in many instances.....with Big Ben being the Physical anomaly and Flacco being the Poise anomaly etc.

I think it's fair to criticize him because he's a high level All-Time player who just doesn't maintain that standard in the playoffs. It's been 7 years, so it's fair to wonder if you can win a championship with him...

I think you can and he will. But I don't think it's fair to criticize if he can pass the ball---->he's proven that he can...

Jordan was still balling even though he wasnt winning. He was raising his game despite copping Ls. Lamar dont even be playing at his regular season level. That is more in line with Mailman or Robinson or Harden.

Mahomes is Mike if he was drafted by a good team.

Allen is young Shaq...all the tools and opportunities but stay falling short.

The Burrow/AI comp is spot on @Heelmatic . ...all the way down the racial part and his swag playing a major role. I could see Burrow as Bird if he could make the playoffs every year and had at least one ring.
