In the actual postseason in question LeBron averaged 35-9-9 on 54% shooting with multiple game-winners and classic Game 7 performances in dragging his team to the Finals.

In the following season, which was totally irrelevant, LeBron was playing great and had the Lakers 1.5 games out of first until he got hurt. And I guess that LeBron getting seriously hurt for the first time in a 16-year career exposed him, right?

They were starting some of the worst versions yet of George Hill, JR, TT, and Love. Of COURSE they weren't a Finals-caliber team. The fact that LeBron dragged them there anyway (and then nearly won Game 1 on Golden State's home floor) was some epic shyt.
