That's like saying "None of ya'll were saying the fight should be called when the guy was ahead on points early in the fight. Ya'll waited until he could no longer defend himself to start saying that shyt. :shaq2:" :what: He looked progressively worse as the game went on.

He did look worse, Shanahan should not have had RG3 doin all those option runs. But it is tru that nobody was blamin Shanahan when the Skins were up 14-0. Nobody was blamin Shanahan when RG3 beat the cowboys last week either

Do you not see how the bolded disqualifies the rest of what you said? :heh: If he looked the same as he did last week and early on in the game and rat face didnt' have him doing the runs then nobody would be saying anything now :mindblown: People are wrong for responding to new information? :russ:

I mean, don't get it twisted. Griffin made a choice not to leave the game after he probably should have. He did have a degree of control over his own destiny.

But the bottom line is that the buck stops with the coach. A football player, particularly a competitive one, will almost never take himself out of the crucial game while he's still able to walk. And if he does, he'll be the immediate object of scrutiny. See: Jay Cutler.

It's in Shanahan's (not Griffin's) job description to evaluate his roster and determine which of them are fit to play.Period.

Nothing twisted because its clear. Griffin can even say, hey keep me in the game please....and Shanahan can tell him to go fukk em himself and sit down. It's why he is the HEAD COACH. There is ONE HEAD COACH. Bottom line.

"Griffin made a choice not to leave the game after he probably should have. He did have a degree of control over his own destiny"

No, he can say anything he wants.....but can be overruled by the Head Coach....bottom line.

I'm all for calling out cacs when they do their usual caccery but Bob Griffin made that call brehs. Shanny asked him if he was good to go and he said yes. Any franchise player makes that call. Just like when Vick, Cutler, etc. leave the game is because they tell the coach they CANT go.

Plus its the fukking playoffs. Griffin been playing hurt the past few weeks. :yeshrug:

Obviously if a guys says he can't go he doesn't play. But it's still the coaches responsibility to gauge whether or not a guy can truly go even when he says he can. When a nikka is noticeably limping a coach who gives fukks will adjust accordingly.
