Will he still be as fast as he was earlier this year with his new cut light heavyweight look?

Yep...all we saw was the aestetics in the pics. Nobody has a clue how "heavy" he is. He was in the gym a week after the Chavez fight. I see his new physique is just him having a lot of training at this new weight.

I just rewatched GGG vs Jacobs and although triangle theories don't work on boxing there are some GLARING flaws with GGG.

- guys who have power that is comparable he abandons body work due to concern of getting hit in the head
- he walks in a straight line NO MATTER WHAT
- he is susceptible to overhand rights and left hooks.
- upper body movement is nonexistent
- head movement nowhere to be seen
- he won't fight inside if you can bang
- you can neutralize his power in the middle of the ring

I ain't hating dude can fight but Canelo and his subtle body movement and counter punching skills may make this a long night for GGG. Canelo gotta watch that jab like all hell though.

And yet, this is the guy who got cleanly outboxed by Danny Jacobs :mjlol:......how come he didn't show off this "great" boxing skill then?.....it was the perfect opportunity for it. But nah....danny had this dude looking completely clueless by just using fundamentals. Danny did nothing special in that ring and little g still had no answer for it. Never made any type of adjustments. Just kept plodding forward like a zombie and getting his head snapped back til the final bell. Yea....such great ring IQ:russ:

Eh, I think GGG beat Jacobs in a close fight. Landed more punches and Jacobs' face was more swollen. And the KD of course. Jacobs came in about 10 lbs heavier too.
