And how many times was Canelo backed up to the ropes which is supposedly right where Little G wanted him?
Don't act like he was running around the entire fight. G had plenty of chances to get him where he wanted him and he never finished the job. G couldn't hit him and the shots he landed had no affect.

Canelo was gassed because he was carrying too much muscle as fukking predicted, motherfukker was a zombie for more than half the fight...letting go than turning into the walking dead.....He had no will in those later rounds, right up until the last two and even then he gassed... Triple G was walking him down and was the clear aggressor getting off and keeping him at bay with the jab.....

Like I feel like I was watching a completely different fight than some people here. GGG didn't do anything in this fight to separate himself and CLEARLY win it. And I'm not saying Canelo did neither but the more memorable things in the rounds came from him. The defense, the counter-punching, the power punches. You gotta do more than just pressure your opponent. Anybody screaming robbery is fooling themselves.
If Floyd pulled off this type of performance and was countering GGG all night like Canelo did, we'd actually be saying how he should've won this no question.

he won 11 and 12 as well
at the very least ggg won 7 rounds to 5
you dont give points JUST for moving forward

he got into trouble when he started going to the ropes
i had canelo 7-5
i could see someone giving it to triple g though

I had it pretty clearly 7-5 GGG. Canelo landed the bigger punches in the rounds he won but 118-110 is laughable. I lost money tonight.

GGG didnt clearly win this shyt when he could have. he would throw shots while canelo was on the ropes, then back up. nikka was scared the first half of the fight. GGG threw more and was the aggressor, but Canelo made him miss more and landed much more accurately and had much better defense. one guy showed he was clearly the better boxer, the other showed that he is a bigger stronger pressure guy. neither established who was clearly better. just pretty equal. GGG isnt a killer like the champions of past. he really respected Canelo in there tonight and it was that respect that cost him the W.

Act like Nelo wasn't backing up basically at his own will. Act like Nelo wasn't up against the ropes with his hands down head dodging GGG's punches. Act like Canelo didn't get away from the ropes every single time he wanted to, whenever he wanted to.
What was canelos alternative? What do you believe he stuck with laying on the ropes, all those times with the same results. I dont think either fighter hurt each other. a couple big shots here and there but canelo too that shyt too easy for my liking.

GGG really is a sympathetic sport person I have to give him that every time
in a nutshell I respect him as a fighter and a sport person but he's just too methodical hence he's not among my favorites
