Anyway, who cares about gay marriage really. They should have fought to make civil union comparable to marriage instead of all the Bullsh1t - but F it now, we are 'in too deep'- pun intended.

I don't think Extreme acts of perversion will naturally follow Gay marriage, people do those things regardless of the existence of homosexuals, and the majority will always determine that sh1t (kids, animals, etc) isn't right.

Now marrying two- 10 b1tches... If you can take care of them all, support them all, and they all agree, it's whatever. You're the one that will suffer for that decision, not society as a whole.

That's only one part of the issue though. The biggest complaint is that Federal benefits are not offered to same sex marriage spouses, such as social security. So the State can recognize the marriage as legal but the Feds are like "Nah we good on that". I'm not even sure how to feel about it to be honest even though it won't make a big difference to me either way.

Incestuous relationships will never become "the norm". People are going to do what they do regardless of any laws or whatever. Theres been the same % of gay people, pedophiles, incest practicers, etc since the beginning of humanity. So the idea that these populations are going to grow because the govt recognizes their unions as marriage is ridiculous. Nobody who would marry their sister is sitting on the sidelines waiting for the shyt to become legal before they do it.

Its just amazing how "gay" and "fakkit" have long been used as terms to denote weakness, and now the very folks who use those terms are SCARED TO DEATH of these folks becoming legally legitimate. If you aren't gay, gay marriage doesn't affect you.

Second of all that's not what I'm saying at all. What I am sayign is, these sexual behaviors have been around and will always be around, whether we like them or not. In the instances where the behaviors are between 2 consenting adults, there is no logical reason for different treatment under the law, no matter how uncomfortable it may make you. In the case where the behaviors are predicated on victimization (beastiality, pedophilia, etc), the law has to and always will protect the victims.

As is our laws don't make sense, and a lot of people's complaints don't make sense.

Yea but that's a subjective value coming from society. You don't legislate beliefs/opinions. If she wants to hide beef poles 2-3x a day, as long as nobody is getting hurt (i.e. she is not hiding beef poles while her kids are in the room, she is nto knowingly sperading STDs), govt has no grounds to tell her what to do

Its not so much it makes people who abuse power uncomfortable (I am assuming you mean politicians?), its that it makes politicians constituents uncomfortable. America is and has been transforming from a place where the law was the extension of the beliefs and biases of a powerful few to a place of legitimate and universal freedom. But that freedom comes with a price- some people might be allowed to do shyt you personally don't agree with; however, if they aren't impacting you in any way, really there shouldn't be anything you can do about it.
