How do you think that fight would go?

I think Ward is the only fighter in Floyd’s generation with the Ring IQ, discipline and skills to beat Floyd.

Or do you think it would still be easy work for Floyd?

Floyd disrespect is crazy because I think most people have WW Floyd ingrained in their minds because this is the version that was most popular and grossed legendary numbers, but at 130-135 he wouldve been a difficult fighter for ANYONE in history to beat.

Floyd would outclass Ward. Ward lost the first fight to Kov imo...but i mean some say Floyd lost to JLC so there goes that logic

purely subjective of course but Ward is a great fighter but he did struggle in some fights. I dont remember Floyd struggling in any fight including JLC. in that fight he gave just as good as he got. reminds me in a way of RJJ-Tarver I. JLC was getting busy no doubt but it looked worse than what it was to a degree because Floyd was handling fighters with relative ease up until that point.

Ward’s inside game and ring iq would be unlike something Floyd has ever seen. I don’t see how it would be “not close”

Inside or out, defensively or offensively, skill & speed wise, Floyd is the superior fighter/boxer. Plus Floyd has extraordinary "ring IQ" as well.

Floyd Mayweather - Great Boxer > Andre Ward - Good Boxer

I agree it’s like people forgot what he did to Diego Corrales and the build up to that fight.
