3) Millions and millions of dollars have been poured into the inner city education system in the last 30 years
4) Treatment centers already in place
Even with all this, I don't think this stops the street culture

So how would you explain this correlation between cities with egregious murder rates and high % of charter schools

Look at that, 4 out of the top 5 cities in murder rate are in states with a top 5 Charter School city in it.
Are Charter Schools part of "street culture"
Could it be possible that all of that money you allege was going to inner city schools was actually being wasted in ineffective Charter Schools thanks to people like the new Secretary of Education
Also, you're quick to gloss over how there are "treatment centers in place" while ignoring the fact that the point was that these individuals be able to have
access to healthcare, not a front row seat to other people receiving healthcare
Additionally, Trump is planning on repealing Obamacare, which will leave many who currently have
access once again left out in the cold. So you are at a minimum acknowledging that Trump will make the problem worse through his ignorant repealing without a replacement plan?
