So how would you explain this correlation between cities with egregious murder rates and high % of charter schools Look at that, 4 out of the top 5 cities in murder rate are in states with a top 5 Charter School city in it.

But, there has been a recent spike in murders, and half of the increase in homicides came from just seven cities — Baltimore, Chicago, Cleveland, Houston, Milwaukee, Nashville and Washington

Every one of those cities has a problem with Charter Schools, Every. One.
