Black Panther is about on par with Reed Richards, Cap and Spiderman. BP isn't usually the most powerful cat, but he's usually one of the more resourceful versatile guys in Marvel who can give anyone a challenge.
He's an all-around cat similar to spiderman. I'd probably put him just below Stark. He's a very high mid-tier character who can go up against the likes and beat Namor and Doom if prepped. Without prep, he's still formidable but I don't see him beating elites..He could probably take Iron man depending on whether or not he has prep.
