I've always heard it as

225 Bench
315 Squat
405 Dead

bench :obama: since 2006

squats it will take some time...i do more variations of squats now than i ever have before in my life still though i have such a fear of blowing out my knees :to:

deads - this ive improved greatly its around 350 for me considering a year ago it was 180 (had a couple bouts with sciatica)...prolly by sometime in the summer ill get it

Won't ever get in this club.

My shoulder feels like its gonna pop out on the bench, so i just quit trying to go heavier. Most I ever put up was 245 on the barbell and 125/arm with dumbbells.

My dead topped out @460 a couple years ago but I'm in the process of still working on that.

Bench is kind of overrated anyway. I've had a strong bench press for a while when I had miles to go on other muscles. I've put up 400 on the bench once and it was kind of a waste after the initial feeling of :ooh: :lawd:

Bench is overrated it doesn't really translate into a whole lot of functional strength.

Speaking of which, why the fukking fukk is 225 bench such a measure of athleticism in the NFL combine. In a professional setting, you wouldn't think there'd be so much ignorance.

I'm at all three these days.

Going above 225 with long ass arms on the bench is :whoa: tho. I don't find myself in practical situations where i'd need to push much more than 225 so I don't push the issue much beyond being able to push it for a few reps if I HAD to.


the deads were the hardest to get to because it took a long time to trust my knee fully. Picking heavy shyt up and putting it down touches on primal instincts I feel for cats who can't/don't do deads.

What time length did it take you guys to achieve these numbers? I'm only close to bench

only been in the gym going on 2 years right now i'm 189 but i bounce between 189-191. My max on bench is 290, n i must say i'm pretty damn proud of that, dead lift right now is 345 squats i dont do, but i really should though

DL's takes awhile. Funny thing is when I take a week or two off off dl, that shyt goes up:skip:
