people always leave out rows bench press will always be second to rows and even chins for upper body gains.
It's only logical. Back muscles are much larger than chest muscles.:wow2:
It's all relative to your size. How much you can bench or squat isn't a big deal, unless you are competing, then, it is a big deal because that is what wins you medals. In bodybuilding, you don't necessarily go for the one-time big max rep. It's not necessary.What say yall brehs??
