Look at how the disparity widens when families pass down wealth to each other.

What are white folks doing that allowing to inherit money and grow it? They are putting it in white banks, creating trusts, purchasing real estate with said trusts. They have huge life insurance policies which they are able to borrow against (which has tax advantages) and they can use that money to invest with. They are making the money work for them which is why that gap is widening.

Blacks don't get the same opportunity bc the money cant sit in our neighborhoods for the longer than 5 seconds.
