Kading's theory is by far the most logical and likely scenario. I feel people are looking for alternate scapegoats when the most obvious explanation is staring them dead in the face. I don't know why people like to complicate simple things

Kading thoroughly investigated and dissected Poole's theory and poked so many holes in it, the entire foundation his premise was based off was knocked down. It's not like Kading just has his own theory and didn't investigate others. He went through Poole's theories and broke everything down, this Amir guy doesn't even exist.
Kading came up with the most plausible scenario based off testimonies, recorded conversations, wire transfers, and admissions. It may be one of the strongest cases of circumstantial evidence you could have. The DA would 100% take his case and more than likely win. Poole's theory would've got thrown out.
