I felt like the Home Invasion had some lyrical moments on it. Ice-T > Too Short.
Too Short and Ice T for sure. Crazy how Eazy E pretty much jacked 6 N The Morning to make Boyz N The Hood
Matter of fact now that I think about it, Ice-T admitted that he jacked Schoolly D and created 6 N The Morning. Then Purple Ice jacked that and made Boyz N The Hood for Eazy.

Now that you mention it I do remember him talking about this in that Combat Jack interview. He did a quick little story rhyme on their too. He didnt call it a freestyle but a street scene or some shyt. He was and still is very good at it.

Scarface and it's not even close but a distant second would be chuck just off message and guru just off the beats he's rhymed on.

:what:

I know the tem lyrical is subjective, but I think a few of you guys are tripping in here. Big words and complex rhyme schemes don't equal lyrical. You can have a fairly "simple" flow and still be a lyricist, which Scarface was.

And to the guy that said Guru, don't mistake his monotone voice and the fact that he rarely changed his flow up as being non lyrical. Guru dropped jewels and pretty much spoke in parables. He dropped a lot of wisdom and displayed a high level of lyricism.
