Charles’ convictions include multiple drug, weapons, and assault and battery crimes

Charles entered the U.S. lawfully July 13, 2013 in Miami, Florida; however, he violated the terms of his lawful admission

The Constitution has laws about citizenship. How is removing illegals against the Constitution?

Edit: Your statement implies they are ignoring the Constitution by removing them.
Is due process only available to citizens of the United States, or supposed be applied to all persons regardless of nationality?

The actual details of a story are never as sexy as the rumors.

Dude's on camera rant was so crazy, I can halfway see why people would question whether he was for real or not.

But, until/unless new details prove otherwise, those are the details of his story.

The irony is that FBA is basically just an inverse of what they think non FBA are.

FBA boils down to "I'm not Haitian, I'm not Dominican, I'm BLACK AMERICAN"

Both seem to think that matters in a system of white supremacy, and of course both are hilariously mistaken.
The former you had up there are lies when they say they are not Black, the latter is true when FBA say they are not any of those ethnicities and are Black American.

Do you not know the difference between Race and Ethnicity? We are all Black in that list, "Race", We are not all the same ethnicity.

Yes, due process is only available to citizens. That is one of the benefits of being a citizen of a nation."

Edit: My mistake, it does affect non-citizens too, but if the laws of the land are being followed, and they have broken them, then they can be removed without a trial.

My point is that white supremacists do not care whether you are a black american or black from anywhere else. All they care about is that you are neither white or the buffer caste(Asian, light skinned latin).
