Maybe he was raised in US that happened to a lot of my mom's friends in the 80s in Canada with the Jamaicans.

Dudes who have no memories of Jamaica got deported back when they were 18, to be fair they were all running the streets so.

Depends on what the actual orders for capturing and deporting illegals is, as in do they target Mexicans because of their sheer numbers or do they also go after immigrants from nationalities with small numbers in the US too.
Many Europeans from poorer nations are also in the US illegally after exhausting their visas.

Either case, the ICE agents themselves will still use the opportunity to selectively check every Black guys ID..best hope they just look at the ID and not run it through the system..
