Until this story I never thought about what I would do in this situation. A missing kid? Your first thought is to call 911. An escaped kid from a concentration camp? At first I was like I'd call my congressman because they'd have access to the best council. Then I thought, nah that puts them in legal jeopardy.
Good to see that twitter thread showed there was a proper solution. I would've been panicking.
