The image is anticapitalist, not antisemitic. A couple of the men are Jewish, specifically Warburg and Rothschild. Others include Albert Pike, a notorious anti black racist. They are rich and powerful men. Are certain rich and powerful men off limits to criticism because they are Jewish? That would prove the antisemites' point, wouldn't it
The artist can use antisemitic tropes without knowing them, because they're so embedded in culture. That's what I think happened here.

But the end of it is... if loads of Jews are coming out saying it's antisemitic, who are we to question that?
What if someone made a mural that featured a black man, depicted as a savage, raping a blonde white woman, and then said "oh naw it's not anti-black, it's just anti-crime"
