I guess...there's just a gang of players I would prefer to pay the type of money I ultimately would have to pay to Griffin...assuming my goal in this hypothetical is to build a title team and not just get any good player I can find...I don't see rings in the Paul/Griffin Clipper's future either

Blake is getting 5.7 million right now... 5.7 million for a 20/10 player is too much?

Ibaka's defense allowed Dirk to average like 35ppg on like 60% shooting last year.

dude wouldnt start for like 15 other teams while Blake is the best PF in the NBA right now behind Dirk, Love, and Josh Smith

Him stepping up is more of a "bonus" while Blake's is mandatory.

As people, we do not pay any attention to Ibaka's off games because the THunder always win.

why are u bringing up shyt from last season, and there aint too many people who could guard dirk 1 on 1.

blake is much more marketable and is obviously going to get a bigger contract is the point i was making, his next contract would probably be in the 80 mil range easy and imo blake isnt worth that much at the moment maybe in 2-3 more years as his game progresses.

and blake aint better than lamarcus adridge or as versatile as gasol although he is soft.
