Soto been one of my guys from Day One. I stayed hyping him to my peoples. This gives me a reason to be invested.

I'm a King fan but none of those guys are deal breakers in getting a player like Soto, good first step, or second step after Verdugo.

I could see them working out an extension even if it’s massive. I have a hard time seeing a scenario where they get him and then lose him in free agency though.

Would go against everything he's ever done if Boras doesn't have Soto wait and at least hear what number Cohen would go up to, even if he ultimately plans on re-signing
