I be taking cbd gummies and they be knocking me the hell out....I usually manage to get up at about 730 (I gotta be out the door by 8 and at work by 830 on the days I go into the office)

Id like to start waking up at 630 consistently and getting a morning workout in plus some other things I dont have energy for at night

Be in bed by 9pm.

just start setting your alarm early and actually get your ass up

don't use a bunch of caffeine to stay up as late as you're accustomed to, eventually your sleep time will fall in line

go to bed early, put hot coffee by your bed in a yeti tumblr

set alarm early, sit up.. reach over and have at least a couple gulps when you awake, don't hit the snooze

get up and do shyt

Turn off your phone an hour before bed. So if you plan to go to bed at 11 and wake up for 6. Turn off your phone at 10. I use mine as an alarm so I put the alarm on and hide the phone somewhere like in the closet.

I don't know about CBD gummies but a cup of mountain trail mix will make you sleepy and keep your ass asleep for 6 hours, also yoga will keep you asleep

you either a morning person or you not. I be up at 3am no alarm everyday. I’m usually in bed around 9pm unless I got plans

-Put your alarm clock across the room so you actually have to get out of bed to shut it off. Don't get back in bed, start doing something to keep yourself up.
