I've been wanting a Silverado for like the last decade or so, most of my life I was never interested I'm any kind of pick-up truck. I've been close several times to buy one, just never pulled the trigger at the lot.

Then a coworker of mine got a Dodge Ram Truck and it "entered the chat". It's something about the strong bad ass front end of those that I fuxx with, especially if it's chromed out.

After begrudgingly driving a Explorer for a couple of years I am back with a 2020 :banderas:

Totally impractical but I don’t care
Another 2WD, bruh? You didn’t learn from the first time?

I drive this. Chevy Colorado, with 20s and off road tires for the winter snow.

I got this instead of the silverado, because i prefer a mid sized truck that can fit inside my garage. Never understood gettting a truck so big you have to park it on the street 24/7. Still has plenty of seating inside for the whole family. I have the short bed, which is still plenty of room to move large household appliances like Fridges, dishwashers, or large Furtinture like a couch and big tv. 4X4 comes in handy every winter.
Perfect all around all purpose vehicle for me. Sold my challenger to drive this full time.

I did research before buying and discovered that in the midsized truck class, this has the most space in the interior when compared to a tacoma, or a ranger. Grown men can actually fit in the backseat of this

Gonna need a new vehicle by end of summer. My wife and I went down to one car when my son was born because my wife was being a stay at home mom for a year so we didn’t need two. But now she’s going back to work and we need a second car again. I have no logical need for a Pickup truck but i want one anyway :yeshrug:
Am i being stupid? Trucks are crazy overpriced right now and I’ll probably haul something a couple times a year if that. I want a used 2020-2022 F-150. My wife thinks im crazy. I refuse to buy another crossover

I wouldn't mind one either, but they're over priced now, and the gas budget as mentioned earlier

maybe a hybrid one if prices come down, but currently your highway mileage will not change much

my grandpa, he used to drive this as his work truck. he did landscaping, pretty much the same size as my truck even though back then this was a full size and my is considered midsized.

vintage is the new sexy these days
I used to drive it to school after he passed, Remember having to revv it up when starting or else it would cut off immediately. but once you got going it was reliable
