Part 2 has the GOAT villain...definitely one of the GOATs. I never played 5, what system was that? 3 was epic too just off it's scope and story. I never beat it and don't have a PS2 to go back to it either dammit.

Just stay away from Suikoden Tactics.

part V was on the ps2, 2nd best one IMO...

Part 2 is arguably the best console style rpg of all time...up there with FF VI, VII, Chrono Trigger, etc

Suikoden V and 1 are GREAT JRPG's that need to be played, you CAN'T go wrong

III is really good and IV........... except for the story

I was going to cop Suikoden II just off the strength of you saying its on the same level of chrono trigger....my fav rpg.

No matter how many times I try to get PSOne and Saturn emulators to work...never get 'em goin'. Not enough youtube tutorials.
