Partly. But my suicidal thoughts had also to do with the position in life I was at the time. I was at my most depressed from my senior year of high school (2016) to like 2018. I was in and out of employment and I was struggling with community college and making new friends. Medication seriously helps.

I was working on some shyt when I first responded, but wanted to clarify now that I got a few minutes of free time.

The Black Christian community is one of the best places to find women to date, especially if you're new to dating.

I don't know your situation, but if you're good with your cousins and your father, go to church with them sometimes and join a couple of the young people groups they have.

Most Black churches have men's groups, youth groups, single's groups, etc. where you can meet people organically.

Either way, remember to never compare your life to the lives of others and feel the need to live up to bullshyt society standards.

Most people lie about their sexual experiences because they're scared to be shamed by others.

That runs the spectrum from people with tons of sexual experience to people with none.

Take whatever you hear from people in regards to sex with a grain of salt because all of our sexual experiences are very unique and personal to the individual, and we don't all share them openly and honestly with anyone that's not very close to us.

Learn to enjoy the journey and remember the lessons you learn so that you can pass them on to your son, and maybe he'll have an easier time with it.

That's all this whole shyt is about when it's all said and done.

Why is that so far fetch to believe? Everyone’s life experience is different. Most people are late boomers and don’t have sex until much later in life. 23 isn’t really that old anyway so OP still has time to change things around.

If someone doesn’t go to college or go out to where women are, they can very well go years and years after high school with no female interaction.
