I told a gay man to “quit acting like a fukkin woman” today at work.

Barley talking or not talking in some work environments would make you come off as stand offish and cold. And I think less likely for promotions.
Just ask @Verbal Kint

As a supervisor I do my best to avoid those confused individuals. Especially the confused men. If I do have to interact with them it's very short. But my demeanor will most of the time do the trick, and them folks know not to come around me with that bullshyt. I got some of my old Marine Corps shyt as my office decor which gives a "certain" signal. But I swear I be wanting to just punch one for being all extra and shyt coming to work dressed like Prince and shyt

shyt like this was not around during my time. I'm sure there were some gays. There pretty much has always been in every walk if life but I served during the " Don't Ask, Don't Tell" era. And I extremely confident in saying ol buddy in that picture would've been a "code red" and no one would've cared.
