Well google emailed me back. The best they'll do is replace it with another for $99.

However, I got another email and Google Fi now has unlimited and I can also get the Pixel 3 or 3 XL for 50% off ($400). The deal ends tomorrow though.

The only thing...that notch at the top looks real annoying. I know it may be a small thing but I'm not the type to get phones every year.

I'll probably get the replacement and then get the Pixel 4 or 4 XL.

U can hide the notch if u don’t like it.

Now my replacement device has a battery drain issue. It automatically shuts down at 40%-50%.

They said they can't process another claim since the old claim is still open. I just got the replacement Tuesday and haven't had time to send the old one back yet. I'll do that today.

They want me to do a factory reset and see if that solves the issue. They said it could be a software issue and that a reset might work. fukk that, I'm going to wait until the old phone claim process finishes and then I'm calling back and demanding a new phone.
