As someone who isn't Black but also faces cac oppression on a regular basis I can only say the only solution is to never give up.
After I got out of jail and crawled back to my family's home I got super depressed and almost gave in to this White man's world, but I came back. fukk that. You can bounce back from anything.
The 1% ain't shyt. We're either going to have major reforms or a bloody revolution in our lifetimes, because the way shyt's going now, with the shrinking of the middle class, the oppression of those of color and those in poverty, and the damage we're doing to the environment, the current system isn't sustainable.
And if it does come down to revolution, (someone who isn't me) would be out snapping cops' ankles and throwing molotov cocktails in the streets for all the times those bigoted fukkers tried to beat me down and lock me up.
Solidarity is the answer. Not tryina preach, but it seems like you're in a place where you could use some inspiration. Keep fighting, and stay laidback and relaxed in times of peace, for the sake of your sanity. Later breh.
