Wale elevated the game when it was need of a pilot. His debut album was eh, but he really hit his stride now....More About Nothing and Eleven-One-Eleven are great mixtapes and Ambition was better then the albums of every rapper in his class easy.

usually its the fans of these rappers that put you off of them (Budden/Lupe) but in Wales case it's actually him himself.

he got a chip on his shoulder like the world owes him something.
respect to him from coming back from a little rut he was in when it looked like his career was going nowhere and took full advantage of his 2nd chance but he'll never get to that upper level he wants and seems to think he should be at if he responds to every little negative thing.

wouldn't call myself a big fan of his but i like 3 maybe 4 of his projects... without really playing them like that.

Currensy was just chilling, rolling up and observing...he didn't even look like he was paying attention to all that rah rah noise Wale was making
