Word to me I have the same the same feeling in my right side of my pelvis; Im thinking its because of rough sex, but I always had rough sex, I feel a little swelling as well

I had something similar when I was 16. If my left nut even touched the top of my belt, I would double over and grimace.
Turns out that I had a cyst on my Epididymis (the tube that carries and stores sperm). I went to a urologist and he knew from the jump that I was jacking off too much. You already know me

This is me right now. Going on week 2 now and the pain wont go away. Left ball the size of a fist, hard like a tennis ball. Went to 2 different docs, all I got was pain killers and antibiotics
