My urologist had a patient with the same thing. He had to get a nut removed because he let it slide for a day. A LITERAL DAY. This isn't shyt to fukk around with. There's no cancer of the epididymis, but depending on where the mass is it could be.

Truth be told, OP should've took his ass to the doctor after a few hours of feeling pain.

He waited a WHOLE DAY?!?!?

I had the same thing, woke up with pain in my groin, constant vomiting.... No way I would have made it through a whole day without seeing a doctor, even if I wanted to.... Wound up going to the urgent care/ER center not far from my house, wound up needing surgery. The doctor in the ER told me that they needed to get me across town to the hospital ASAP or else I would lose one of the testicles
