I think I know why the Netflix ratings are going down every week & EC ticket sales got so low that The Rock was called in by TKO execs

The first ten main events on RAW;

I notice Cody Rhodes has a few dark matches after the Main Event

  1. 1/6/2025 - CM Punk def. Seth
  2. 1/13/2025 - Damian Priest def. Finn (damn near 20 mins for two ngigas that have fought for MONTHS)
  3. 1/20/2025 - Seth def Drew McIntyre (Drew was ice cold by this time...to the point he has a nothing match at Mania)
  4. 1/27/2025 - Drew McIntyre def. Sami Zayn :laff:
  5. 2/3/2025 - CM Punk def. Sami
  6. 2/10/2025 - Logan Paul def Rey Mysterio (I was in the building...it was dead for this match and the ending was trash)
  7. 2/17/2025 - Seth Rollins def. Pin fukking Balor
  8. 2/24/2025 - Judgement Day goes over Bianca & Naomi
Elimination Chamber happened 3/1/25
  1. 3/3/2025 - IYO beats Rhea for the title
  2. 3/10/2025 - CM Punk def. Seth (Cage Match)
This is who Laveck hitched his wagon to...noticed something...none of them had good builds to Mania and too much fukking Judgement Day.

The WWE finessed them
Showed old ass highlight packages.
Promised them Roman, Rock, Cena, Taker, Punk, Cody and Seth weekly and got none of them.
It grabbed the Casuals one night and they all left

Let me put this Flava in Ya Ear;

:mjgrin: The Judgement Day has held every title on RAW (IC women's don't count) and now Laveck got the IC Title caught up in their bullshyt

And add nothing to the show...these muhfukkas been fighten each other for 8 months and got bullshyt build matches at Mania...The opposit e needle movers

Maybe they don't need a dedicated segment and match every Monday

They fumbled that first night on Netflix. I said it at the time that show should've been era defining. Instead it was super safe and kinda non canon as well lol.

They can turn it around this summer with some hot angles tho.
That first Netflix show was so weird and bad that it should be studied. They made a Raw feel even less like wrestling somehow. These goofy mfs had a Netflix all hands meeting/glaze fest for 3 hours and are shocked people never came byke. One of the worst Raws of all time with their most important audience watching.

Netflix Endeavour/TKO and WWE are all to blame in various ways. Netflix need for content and promoting it. Endeavour want return on their investment and more interested in maximising the travelling roadshow. Plus all the brand placements. While the world/paying public is in the midst of financial problems. They can get away with overcharging the foreign shows as it is Christmas and Birthday for those fans but the North American fans this is their bread and butter.

And the WWE with their outdated format of storytelling has to be like the good old days. They have 52/104 episodes season not 6-8-10-13-22 season where people can binge watch. Casual viewers have too many distractions to take their attention elsewhere and if they are seeing the same wrestlers face off vs one another every week its gets boring and people will turn off. Whats wrong with just having an a feud build like an undercard Boxing/MMA match wrap it up within 4-6 weeks and then comeback to it at a later date if the interest is high in that feud. Instead of using everything you possibly can for the feud the first go around and drag it out for months at a time.

Triple H will be out of here this time next year. He just don't have the might to push this shyt forward. To be honest a Paul Heyman or The Rock is better suited for this because they know the crowd.

Why the fukk would Triple H suggest John Cena in his last year :what:

Raw on Netflix been a corporate slopfest that might as well be categorized as a 2 1/2 hour infomercial with wrestling in between

Opening promo
“Hey here’s a Netflix comedian in the crowd!”
First match
“Hey here’s a Netflix comedian in the crowd!”
Second match
“Hey here’s a random musician in the crowd!”
3 straight segments
Advertisements about upcoming WWE events
“Here’s the local sports team in the crowd”
Main Event

I'm not a wrestling purist--shyt I stopped watching this shti from like 2002/2003 to 2022--but, I'm noticing that wrestling is about "content," now.

It's about;
  • Audience pops
  • Audience sing-a-longs
  • Long elaborate entrances
  • This bullshyt "OMG, look what they are wearing! It's so deep!" (I love all three of these sistas, BTW)

Every thing is about CONTENT now. And people aren't trying to be pay thousands of dollars for seats for a content fest mixed with promos and ads.

You see with the house shows. They can't monetize them so they get rid of them like THAT.

Remember when they started posting House Show results and had ppl in qualifying matches there.

If TKO can't pull content from it, they won't be happy.

We now have a damn Writer's Room show about the WWE, now :mjlol:

*Jey celebrates, on RAW, overcoming the odds*

*promote a show where HHH tells Jey that he's getting a main event push backstage*

Not to mention the extremely high ticket prices but the fact that everyone started shouting out "CINEMA" when the only standout storyline like that they've had has been the bloodline one and that one was practically over at least by when the shows moved networks in the fall.

They def more corporate focused as well. Their main interest is making the most revenue each night. Not sure how long Triple H lasts but wouldn't be surprised if things change. Not even just with him but everything overall. Sales gonna drop if prices don't go down. Let's see how things look by the time next mania comes around.

And try to go to one of those events live.

I do anytime they come to my city and it's become a lot of staring at that big ass screen over the ring to watch all this bullshyt.

I always have high ass sets, tho :mjlol:

So, they easy to see.
