lets be real. premo hasnt been a factor in over a decade. theres plenty of go-to producers for legitimate album cuts that have trumped premo for nearly 15 years now. the last time a premo beat was a big deal was '00-'01 when he laced a token beat for the LOX, CNN & jada albums.

also, the neptunes have proved that they can anchor great albums.

i do agree that fab's cookie cutter choice of production & song-making is why hes one of the biggest under-achievers in rap history. so we're on the same page at the end of the day.

Iv'e never been a Fab fan. Some of his singles were aight or whatever, but I never heard an entire cd of his or anything.

But whenever I did hear him spit a good verse I use to always catch myself thinking what if fab had tracks with premo, alchemist, etc. (I don't even know if he has any tracks with them)

If he took that route seriously I believe fab would make a lot of heads turn.
