maybe around 200k MAX

but by the time you 40 that shyt payed off, because 3 years after you graduate you making 200K+ depending what you go into. Not like getting an PHD in english and being 200k in debt and making 40k an year till you die

My homie confided in me that he owes close to 100k. Cost of a Georgetown BA/MA apparently & his parents making too much to qualify for alot of aid but, too little to finance his education. He good tho. He turned down some consulting gig to go to law school. I still pray for that nikka :damn:

I owe 1/5 of that and Im looking at it like a genital wart. Id be irritable over the most trivial shyt if I had that kind of "mortgage" hanging over my head.

Lol...you good bro.

That why nikkas should never front on here. Keep it G...because nikkas will remember the shyt you posted

Of course the ATL
:yeshrug:

I chalked it up to the game and kept it moving. That's all you can do. I don't regret going to college. Not one bit.

This. I loved college & if I could do it all over again I would. If you're concerned about loans, get on economic deferment & keep it moving. I graduated May 08 & didn't get a legit full time job til Nov 2010. But the degree that I got has allowed me to be in upper management now & poised for bigger & better sometime next yr.

Bottom line, your degree may not seem worth it now, but once you get in the right field, you'll be able to progress faster/easier than somebody w/o a degree

Im not a fan of college. But you need those degrees man. Crackas aint trying to let a brotha eat like that in America. So you gotta come as well equipped as possible. I went to a State school so I really aint hurting like that. The SUNY programs in NY is top notch and the jobs is lined up. Globalization n Economics.

Its kinda funny tho cuz I aint even planning on working in any of those fields :lolbron:

So yea college is a waste. Especially for those kids who dont know what they wanna do when they come out of highschool (Which is probably 80% of the world)

But you know these darn gone parents is so thirsty for their kids to get a degree, so they dont look like fukk ups to their peers. I swear society is so fukked up at times. To a point where a person own fukkin mom or dad will push their kid down a potential financial hard stricken path, just so they dont look like "bad" parents (ironic aint it :youngsabo: ).

If I ever have kids, imma let them lil niglets have some fukking breathing time after they graduate high school, so they can develop a sound game plan for the rest of their fukking lives and so they can go to college and chase their dreams to do what they REALLY want. Instead of bumrushing their assess into wateva university accepts them 9 weeks after their highschool graduation :snoop:

:snoop: I had a friend who did this too. Makes no sense, IMO. Law School bubble has popped and all that debt isn't worth it. If he isn't T14, he's very fukked 9 times out of 10.

I told him the same shyt. But he wanted to be a lawyer+run for office eversince I knew him and he aint want to put off law school any longer.

He could've worked a few years & had a nice rainy day fund just in case he ended up assed out.

@DaChampIsHere What companies only hire from 5-7 schools :rudy:

Must be some tiny ass operation to be hiring from 5-7 schools

15-20 schools is more realistic. Its just the ultra-prestigious schools will have 20, 25 students fed into these elite firms, while there's 1 cat from Michigan, 1 cat from UCLA :pachaha:

the BBs only checking for the Ivies, Stanford/MIT/CalTech, Georgetown/Northwestern, Berkeley/Michigan/UVA....and "diversity applicants" :heh: from Morehouse, Spelman, Hampton & Howard.
