The Universe is infinite and mysterious
throughout space/time.
Existence is the most mysterious and fascinating entity
Don't let it consume your mind, be appreciative of what you got now
We are living in a world of illusion

Ibiza - WikipediaYou're convinced that things SHOULD be a certain way.
You think there's an all powerful humanoid designing this world like a video game designer.
You think it SHOULD be fair and safe and fun.
The Universe is not meant to be some kind of amusement park for us, it's actually 100% instant death outside of a very very tiny livable area.
It could have happened that you were never born. Or. You came into existence and got to see the Universe yourself.
Every moment you're here contains miracles, you just have to focus on them instead of the scary side of existence
Phoenician colonists called the island Ibossim or Iboshim (Phoenician: , ʾbšm,[9] "Dedicated to Bes").[10][11] It was later known to Romans as Ebusus. The Greeks called the two islands of Ibiza and Formentera the Pityoûssai (Πιτυοῦσσαι, "Pine-Covered Islands").[12]

I’m not saying things should be a certain way. I’m just pointing out the absolute absurdity of it all.
Id beg to differIncredible. This is one of the first books in the bible people should read. It's very relevant and explores concepts and topics in this thread that people have been contemplating for thousands of years.
This is probably my catalyst into the scripture. I grew up. Christian but have been apathetic for a lot of my adult life.
Ecclesiastes (/ɪˌkliːziˈæstiːz/; Hebrew: קֹהֶלֶת, qōheleṯ, Ancient Greek: Ἐκκλησιαστής, Ekklēsiastēs) written c. 450–200 BCE, is one of the Ketuvim ("Writings") of the Hebrew Bible and one of the "Wisdom" books of the Christian Old Testament. The title commonly used in English is a Latin transliteration of the Greek translation of the Hebrew word קֹהֶלֶת (Kohelet, Koheleth, Qoheleth or Qohelet). An unnamed author introduces "The words of Kohelet, son of David, king in Jerusalem" (1:1) and does not use his own voice again until the final verses (12:9-14), where he gives his own thoughts and summarises the statements of "Kohelet"; the main body of the text is ascribed to Kohelet himself.
Canonicity[edit]
The presence of Ecclesiastes in the Bible is something of a puzzle, as the common themes of the Hebrew canon—a God who reveals and redeems, who elects and cares for a chosen people—are absent from it, which suggests that Kohelet had lost his faith in his old age. Understanding the book was a topic of the earliest recorded discussions (the hypothetical Council of Jamnia in the 1st century CE). One argument advanced at that time was that the name of Solomon carried enough authority to ensure its inclusion; however, other works which appeared with Solomon's name were excluded despite being more orthodox than Ecclesiastes.[32] Another was that the words of the epilogue, in which the reader is told to fear God and keep his commands, made it orthodox; but all later attempts to find anything in the rest of the book that would reflect this orthodoxy have failed. A modern suggestion treats the book as a dialogue in which different statements belong to different voices, with Kohelet himself answering and refuting unorthodox opinions, but there are no explicit markers for this in the book, as there are (for example) in the Book of Job.
Yet another suggestion is that Ecclesiastes is simply the most extreme example of a tradition of skepticism, but none of the proposed examples match Ecclesiastes for a sustained denial of faith and doubt in the goodness of God. Martin A. Shields, in his 2006 book The End of Wisdom: A Reappraisal of the Historical and Canonical Function of Ecclesiastes, summarized that "In short, we do not know why or how this book found its way into such esteemed company".[33]
