Inc or LLC? Because if you're a single member Inc taxes are about to be hell. Not hell % wise, but hell as in what you have to report. You have to keep track of minutes, shares, and all that 'ish with a Inc. A LLC is pretty much another legal name for business (filed right on your regular taxes, very easy to do yourself).
Im in marketing so I'll throw you some advice. I do not represent an accountant or attorney. This is simply my thoughts, not any kind of legal counsel:
I don't know anything about making a website but I'd like to make 1
Weebly - Create a free website and a free blog is the easiest point and click software to use. Buy a .com at
Cheap Domain Names Registration, Domain Transfer, SSL Certificates, Free DNS, Privacy Protection • Namecheap.com and then register with weebly to make a free site.
I would also like it to be easily found on google
I suggets you get citynamedraincleaning.com or something similar (even cityname-draincleaning.com with dashes works for this). Reason being is that kind of domain name tends to rank well on Google without you having to know SEO. SEO is simply getting links to your page. Again, in this niche all you really have to do is setup a youtube, facebook, twitter, instagram, etc. ALL under the citynamedraincleaning name and you WILL be found. Link all your social media to your .com (obvious but for the sake of completion I'll throw that in.)
I have no idea how taxes and all that shyt works
See: above. If you have a Inc. your basically fukked and will need an accountant to keep minutes and draft the shares documents and all that shyt. If you are an LLC then TaxAct.com is the way to go. For less than $20 you can file state and federal electronically, and it goes screen by screen through everything. KEEP RECEIPTS OF ALL YOUR EXPENSES. Also use a debit card or credit card to pay for everything incase you forget or lose your receipts.
I do marketing and consulting so this is what I love to talk about. Hopefully it helps.
