Articulate? Eloquent?
Stephen A is a lot of things but he's neither of those.

but dont u have to be pretty articulate to do this?? jus because dude maybe wrong at times doesnt mean he's not highly articulate. this is EXACTLY wat a politicians main talent is. bein able to sway a mass amount of peoples thoughts and opinions through words. few of us has this gift the way he has itat you too. He's not. He uses the same tricks that most of the political heads use. They control the conversation, they control the guests, and they can control when and where they can be challenged. It's easy to not be made a fool of when you don't really let anyone pick apart your points.
It's basic matter-of-fact storytelling with an overly aggressive tone. In a debate about the capital of New Mexico, he'll spend 5 minutes telling you that New Mexico borders Arizona and toss in a few vocab words (extremely forced, at that)
You'll be like " damn he's right"
The rest of us will be like " we already knew Arizona bordered New Mexico, but you're still fukking wrong about Albuquerque being the capital you cul de sac rocking son of a bytch"
it's called education you should start there.
SAS is not that articulate or eloquent. He has a lot confidence and speaks with conviction even when he doesn't know what the hell he is talking about. Throw in the condescending tone, and he can be very persuasive.

breh i would say he uses it juuust right. Bottomline:dude gets PAID to TALK. like i said hate him or love him....there's no denying his talk gameyou have missed the point
no one in this thread, except Hey Clemenza, is saying that dude convinces people he is right. Most have been critical of his use of his talent, but if you dont think this dude is a great speaker, and by comparing him to politicians you are admitting that, then you are just full of shyt. Dude has a gift of gab that he doesnt use properly.
well when I say properly, I mean that this dudes actually knows what he is talking about. He is a fukktard who has no idea what he is talking about on most subjects.breh i would say he uses it juuust right. yea i gotcha. but that jus goes with the territory when debating sports. EVERYBODY thinks they're right. but the way he conveys his thoughts i guarantee he had millions of ppl agreeing like "damn he right, they SHOULD have kicked it on 3rd" lolwell when I say properly, I mean that this dudes actually knows what he is talking about. I will never forget when he said that the Chargers should kicked a field goal on 3rd down in a playoff game instead of going for it because if they miss, they would get a chance to re-kick on 4th down. He said this on Sports Reporters. He tried to argue it too.
no, he was very wrong and was shut down quickly. I never had that thought because I know the rules of the game, but it may have worked with people who dont know the rules of the NFL. Just like how politicians and preachers feast on the ignorant (oops, I shouldnt have said that)yea i gotcha. but that jus goes with the territory when debating sports.
