As someone who used to work for the FTC, I've heard plenty of horror stories

One time this lady called and we could barely understand her. She went to Mexico for some dental work. Via a language barrier or just plain old fraud, she woke up with ZERO teeth in her mouth. That's why we couldn't understand her and she was crying, crying. It was the worst because we knew there's nothing she could do and she'd need some teeth

Like some one said in the thread ,hit up a dental school. Probably less than a 100 per tooth. For 8k he sound like he trying to get all or majority of them pulled.
