I been a daily smoker for 3 years. Today I threw my last joint in the trash and have decided to stop smoking weed for good.

Weed is cool and everything and I got nothing against it or anyone who smoke it but God, Jesus and the Holy Spirit is much more important to me now. I wish to turn away from all of my sins/bad habits before 2025.

I already know withdrawal effects are about to kick my ass so do anyone have any tips on how to handle it? I’m more worried about catching insomnia since I always smoked before bed. :francis:
Anybody claiming there are withdrawal symptoms for weed is lying. I've smoke on and off for the last 20 years and never experienced any withdrawal.
I will sometimes quit smoking for a year just because i got board of being high all the time.

Nah they're real...you just might not have gotten as bad with it to develop dependency. Every one is different.

I didn't experience any withdrawal for years. Wasn't until my consumption got out of hand.

By that I mean, strong edible doses (being functional off 100+ mgs), while also vaping (dry herb/dabs) multiple times an hr, daily, for years.

God put the plant here for our benefit. It's like a slap to the face of the Creator to call it sinful/bad habit.

You need to regulate your nervous system.... with sunlight, cardio, and meditation. Breathwork also helps so much since it stops the lungs from demanding their familiar stimulation. Deep breathing is a huge part of smoking addictions. That's how I pushed thru cravings.
