I only take a dump twice a week...why is that unhealthy?

If you eat on somewhat of a schedule, you should drop a load for every time you eat. Bad food combinations and alot of meat will screw up your digestion.

Fruits & veggies take a few hours to digest. Meat takes a few days, longer if combined with foods that don't play well with it, like carb heavy foods. Meat & potatoes/rice is probably one of the worst combos.

Certain fruits & veggies don't play well together, but nothing that will jam you up like meat does.

Natural is relative. But consider what's happening to that food while it's in your system for days.

But even with a meat heavy diet, you should be dropping every day, just 3 days behind schedule.
