I have 3 CC: Chase (Visa) - 22K limit, AMEX 20K limit, and an American Airlines (MC) 9K limit

I've had the Chase and Amex for at least 15 years each, never maxed them out and never missed payments. They kept raising my limits. I've had the Airline card for a year, I use it to rack up miles.

I try not to let balances sit on the card but Im not worried about floating a few thousand for a few months if I know I got a bonus check coming and can wipe out what I owe.

I've paid off a car loan early, will be paying my school loans early. Currently have a mortgage and a car loan.

I was meticulous w my credit early on so I could reap the benefits now. The rates I get offered on home and car loans are ridiculous.

Completely valid points and your story adds up, but she is only 22. How could she possibly establish that much credit that quickly?

First off, my comment about her looks had nothing to do with her standards. I said she was average looking, didn't say she shouldn't have standards. You assumed that's what I meant. Don't assume next time.
