Agreed, not even sure I can say its the "best" FPS series of all time, it is wildly popular though

There are just so many other shooters I'd rather play

I liked Black Ops but Cod 4 modern warfare was the Epitome of wasting hours of my lives online for me

They had all the balances right and killstreaks perfect with the stages just right after that shyt WENT TO HELL in my opinion

I never liked FPS. Only one I would ever play was Rainbow Six and Turok.....I ended up grabbing COD4 to see what the hype was. Game was Epic...only reason I aint play it for long was because I got it when MW2 was out so i stood no chance cuz everyone had the game for years. And it use to mess my eyes up the screen moved to fast...cuz of the pace.

Battlefield Bad Company 2 made me appreciate FPS tho...now I give em a shot if it looks decent.

i threw in black ops today. i knew i didnt enjoy mw3 much but it made me realize how big of a drop-off that was.

pretty much every map in black ops is at least playable if not great.

and the fact that theres no marathon pro in the new one is stupid. that was my style.

mw3 sucks.

MW3's mp maps were just plain terrible, and they were all small as hell, tight and crammed. Dunno how people can stomach playing it for more than 20 min


Single player was probably the best in the series tho

I still feel like MW2 and MW1 had the best maps of any COD game, they were just perfect

I got Black ops for christmas and barely played a hour of it. shyt doesn't hold my attention at all.

its no comparison. counter strike, TF, quake 3, UT...was like multiplayer heaven back in the day

and CODs main competition, battlefield, is much better imo.
