People usually say that when someone wants a favor after doing something charitable. It can definitely be a dikk move, if the person was acting like they were only being helpful out of kindness.
It’s like when dudes go out of their way, to help a chick (drive her around, teach her on the job, introduce her to connections) and get mad when the girl doesn’t want to fukk them.
