More people will try to throw how they helped you in your face in disagreements that don’t even have to do with that..happens more often than OP is giving credit to, remember your experience is not everyone’s experience

TBF I never ask for help and when somebody does help it makes me kind of uncomfortable and catches me off guard. Plus sometimes people use help as something to hold over you or throw in your face and I hate opening the door for that.

Lol naw I'm the first to help, always helping, always the one people come to. It's been that way my entire life! I'm just now learning people like me that will and do help anybody, it's some people (mostly family) I shouldn't help because they'll take advantage!

Nah sometimes people will go out of their way and force their help on you either because they want to feel good about themselves, guilt, or they want to have some control on you/throw it in your face.

I fw Rugby heavy and played a bit in college and soccer is ok but nothing is as jarring as football because of the pads and the athletes behind them
Football is easily the toughest team sport, you hear the crack of them pads and the helmet to helmet action from the sidelines I guarantee you'll have second thoughts on the field
Especially at a college/pro level
