Change your diet breh, the recipe is like 75% diet, 25% workout.

So, and I've been doing this lately... bowl of wheat cereal for breakfast and some coffee. Then for lunch, snack on fruits and vegetables here and there, and a PB&J sandwhich. For dinner, a big plate of chicken salad. Eat only to your are content, not to the point where you are stuffed (if it's salad, then it's okay). also reduce your sodium intake as much as possible too.

Then on top of that, run and run and RUN. Do HIT running and also incorporate long distance running, ensure you sprint up hills too, take every opportunity to do this.. I've been on this regiment for like two weeks and already lost 8 pounds. I run at least 5 miles every day, some more than others. After the first 3 days you develope the routine and it will help you stay on track.

Avoid sugar drinks like soda as if it were the plague (OJ is okay like 1 glass in the morning). Limit your intake on beer - that shyt will make you fat af, same thing with alcohol. Good luck breh

Drink about a gallon or more of water

Cut down the carbs to 100g or less

Up the protein intake

Drink acv with water before each meal and before bed

I also started stacking acv with a thermo but you don't have to do all that

5lbs lost in a week for me.
I need measurements on that acv breh.

Couple spoon fulls in some water or what?

It's contingent on your tolerance to its acidity.

For me I have a moderate tolerance and put like 6-8 in a liter of water.

Most people do 1-2 in 20oz of water.

And and HIIT is the name of the game. I do 10 sets of jump rope @100 skips per at the end of my workout.

I'm going be at the beach next week and I've cut carbs at night...Imma add this as well.

naw I already lost a bunch of weight a few years ago. can't afford to lose any more. I'm 6'4 and weigh 185

edit: well I guess I just need that small layer off the stomach gone.

You might be better off just going on a bulk :patrice:
