Change your diet breh, the recipe is like 75% diet, 25% workout.
So, and I've been doing this lately... bowl of wheat cereal for breakfast and some coffee. Then for lunch, snack on fruits and vegetables here and there, and a PB&J sandwhich. For dinner, a big plate of chicken salad. Eat only to your are content, not to the point where you are stuffed (if it's salad, then it's okay). also reduce your sodium intake as much as possible too.
Then on top of that, run and run and RUN. Do HIT running and also incorporate long distance running, ensure you sprint up hills too, take every opportunity to do this.. I've been on this regiment for like two weeks and already lost 8 pounds. I run at least 5 miles every day, some more than others. After the first 3 days you develope the routine and it will help you stay on track.
Avoid sugar drinks like soda as if it were the plague (OJ is okay like 1 glass in the morning). Limit your intake on beer - that shyt will make you fat af, same thing with alcohol. Good luck breh
