Damn you have me shook now. I knew about low blood sugar, but not about the diabetes thing.
Pretty much breh. Being diabetic means that your body stops producing insulin, or doesn't produce enough.
Only eating once a day pretty much trains your body to produce less insulin. The one time you do eat, your blood sugar will spike, and then it'll crash between meals (and you will have low blood sugar).
So yeah, I'd highly recommend you cut that shyt out. You're pretty much training your body to be diabetic.
