Never had a sexual lucid dream - don't want one either.

Been lucid dreaming since I was a little girl - but since being an adult - they are scary as hell. I always try to wake myself up.

And I HATE how they begin - the high pitch noise, vibrating - and the rumbling - is the scary ish ever.

Last time, I got drug around the room by something - I was shook for days.

I've had about 2 lucid dreams.... shyts the coolest thing ever. I was literally flying like Superman up this rung of staircases the 1st time and felt the rush of the wind, was so dope I got excited and woke up. Seeing this, I'm gonna get back into it.

Best method is the WBTB (Wake and Back To Bed). Will be hard if you smoke because you barely dream and mess up your REM cycles so it's recommended for vivid dreams and memory recall to not be consuming substances during the periods when you attempt.

I had a long period where i didnt dream at all until recently. I used to have the typical bullshyt nigjtmares about freddie n'them but no dreams outside of wet dreams. Slowly but surrly i feel like im making progress though. Went from just being a floating head watching with no input to being somewhat aware of whats going on and trying to change stuff.

One of the first dreams I had again I was in some sort of class and there was this teacher there that gave off creep vibes. He was trying to get people to do chants. I was going along with it then something just clicked and it seemed weird. My heas started to feel like it was super moist for some reason.I tried warning everyone else in the dream and the dude tried to boss up on me. I suddenly became aware I had arms and banished dude somehow. He came back with a book I drew art in and literally said he was going to "give me a mind fukk" and all the pages in the book started flipping real fast and i freaked out and woke up

I dream nightly - and they are vivid and real.

But, dreams where I know I am lucid dreaming (aware I'm dreaming) - they start with Sleep Paralysis - which starts with noises, rumbling and scary ish.

I guess it's pretty normal as others have the same experiences.

Hi I'm new to lucid dreaming but every time I try I end up with sleep paralysis. Is there any specific thing I need to do to either to avoid or form the sleep paralysis into a dream?

First few times I freaked out because I thought I died until I started moving again lmao. But the next few times I tried to sit still and I started to feel kind of like a vibration and a weird body buzz and I saw at the side of my bed, something that looked like a mask but as a part of a face and looked absolutely insane. The face had looked like it had been made from some unrealistic material and it was shaped almost 2D but only because it had looked like only that portion of the face. The face floated and slowly became bigger and more and more insane looking and it slowly came up to me and soon enough it got close everything around the mask started to blur and melt and the mask touched me and I suddenly awoke. It had been about 30-45 minutes after I fell asleep. Also the weird thing was the whole time I felt nervous but not afraid at all. I had no fear but at the same time had a feeling like something was very wrong.

You are doing it exactly right, assuming you are trying to WILD, then you already came further then most rookies do.

You are supposed to get SP.

After that, you don't do anything. Just let the SP happen, let your body do everything for you. Watch the pretty lights and colors, keep to keep calm, and let your body fall asleep.

The dream should form around you. Just keep calm and wait for it to happen.

If not, and the SP and visualizations ends, open your (dream) eyes, slowly, very very slowly. You should now be in a dream, very likely your own (dream) bedroom.
