What’s the best way to learn? Not just to keep trying but actual routines

You need to build endurance. The problem is you need to jump consistently, which is difficult when fatigue starts to set in.

Using a weighted rope helps when you’re trying new techniques. It forces you to keep good form. Good for forearms and shoulders.


Practice jumping forward, backwards, and side to side.

Don’t do that thing where people get tired and look at the sky when they jump.
