loose skin is relatively genetic

incredible progress, just remember this is a lifestyle now so dont get discouraged

it can take a couple months for skin to tighten up, not much you can do outside of lifting and moisturizing

for what its worth, you arent done cutting yet. Wouldnt be surprised if you could cut another 20-30lbs. Loose skin unlike stretch marks is NOT permanent. If you are doing it the right way youll like the way you look :jawalrus:

Congrats.

I began my weight loss journey 3 1/2 months ago.

Down 30 lbs.

I'll hit my first goal before the summer is up.

Hopefully.

You should be proud of yourself for losing the weight. I'm sure skin tightens over time.

First off congrats :win: how did you loose it and what was your workout routine
thank you breh, honestly all I did was squat, run around my neighborhood, jump rope and deadlifts... I noticed alot of da stomach fat started to shred once I started strength training.. It was non stop tho.. In conjunction with tha keto diet I changed my life. A nikka was determined to Neva Eva Eva be fat again.

Start doing more core and some kettle bell boot camps, you should be able to tone, it is possible that you might not even need the surgery.
Great fukking job, homey.
thanks breh, ima continue to squat and deadlift,I hope so. I swear I want a leaned out body sooooo badly.

Big props breh. :win:

I also dropped massive weight myself(went from 300's to currently 170's). It does take time for your skin to adjust...just make sure to keep well hydrated as you continue to drop pounds. You also still have fat deposits to burn, of course, so just keep your diet clean, stay hydrated, build muscle then cut down hardcore...this will really help regain elasticity. Congratulations though real talk, you've accomplished something very few can in this obese ass country.
